WILSON DUTTON...........

The musical talents of Christina Wilson & Geoff Dutton came together at Ernies Restaurant in Coolangatta back in 1978. Christina had been wooing audiences all over south east Queensland for some years and had been the featured artist at Ernies when Geoff got the gig as resident musician .The duo Performed at the venue for the next two years.

In 1980 Dutton moved back to his home town of Mullumbimby working in a few local bands and then in1984 teamed up with singer guitarist Hank Vann to form Great Divide. The duo went on to win the Prestigious Star Maker Quest in 85 and in1986 followed up the win with a Gold Guitar Award for Australia’s Best New Talent.

Dutton and Vann worked as Great Divide for the next ten years recording and performing.

Wilson meanwhile, had continued her musical career as the Gold Coasts sweetheart of song, working at all the major venues and supporting many of the touring international artists.

In 1996 Christina Wilson and Geoff Dutton teamed up once more to become the Wilson Dutton Duo and have been working together ever since.

Although Dutton works his solo shows and Wilson performs with Gold Coast all girls trio ‘Delisch’, Wilson and Dutton still find time to weave their magic.

With a great mix of those favorites, some of Duttons originals songs and those commanding ballads that only Wilson can perform, you will enjoy every moment spent with the Wilson Dutton Duo.
